Typically, the drilling process takes 1 to 3 days depending on the geological formation (rock type) and depth required. Complete installation, including the pump, electricals, and piping, usually adds another 1 to 2 days.

Permit requirements vary depending on your local municipality and intended water usage. We assist all our clients with understanding local by-laws and can help guide you through the registration process if required in your area.

Pressure loss can be caused by several factors: a failing booster pump, a leak in the underground piping, a worn impeller, or a drop in the water table. Our technicians can perform a full diagnostic test to pinpoint and resolve the issue quickly.

We recommend a routine inspection every 6 months. Filter cartridges typically need replacing every 3 to 6 months depending on water usage and sediment levels, while UV sterilizer lamps should be replaced annually to ensure 99.9% bacteria eradication.

While extremely rare for properly sited boreholes, severe droughts can lower the water table. More commonly, what appears to be a "dry" borehole is actually caused by iron bacteria buildup blocking the rock fissures. We offer high-pressure flushing to restore yield.
